La vía clínica de recuperación intensificada en cirugía cardiaca (RICC) pretende identificar, difundir y favorecer la implementación las mejores actuaciones basadas evidencia científica para disminuir variabilidad práctica clínica. puesta marcha estas prácticas el proceso clínico global favorecerá obtención resultados, acortamiento estancias hospitalarias Unidad Cuidados Críticos, lo que permitirá una reducción costes mayor eficiencia. Tras realizar revisión sistemática cada uno los puntos del perioperatorio cardiaca, se han redactado recomendaciones mejor disponible actualidad con consenso sociedades científicas implicadas. The ERAS guidelines are intended to identify, disseminate and promote the implementation of best, scientific evidence-based actions decrease variability in clinical practice. these practices process will better outcomes shortening hospital critical care unit stays, thereby resulting a reduction costs greater efficiency.
